Departure from Lombok Island, NTB

DAY 1

  • Hotel pickup (08:00–10:00) – Kuta, Senggigi, Bangsal
  • Check-in onboard (13:00–14:00)
  • Departure from Lombok Harbour – 14:00
  • Visit Kenawa Island

DAY 2

  • Saleh Bay Whale Shark
  • Savanna Beach

DAY 3

  • Manta Point
  • Komodo Island
  • Pink Beach

LAST DAY

  • Manjarite Snorkeling Spot

  • Drop-off at Labuan Bajo Harbour (12:00)
  • Transfer to hotel/airport (12:00–13:00)

TERM & CONDITION

RATES

  • Infants (under 2 years old): Free of charge
  • Toddlers (2–5 years old): Pay 50% of the full price
  • Children over 5 years: Charged at full price

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • A minimum 30% down payment is required to confirm booking

  • Invoices will be sent via WhatsApp or email after down payment

  • Final payment must be made at least 7 days before the trip

  • If final payment is not received by the deadline, the booking may be cancelled

RESCHEDULE

  • Rescheduling is allowed only up to 30 days before the trip
  • Rescheduling within 30 days before the trip will forfeit the down payment

CANCELLATION

  • Guest cancellations are non-refundable, but bookings may be transferred to another guest

  • Government or harbourmaster cancellations due to external factors (weather, natural disaster, political issues, etc.) allow the guest to reschedule or get a full refund

  • If boat operator cancels due to unavoidable reasons (e.g. technical issue), they will provide a replacement vessel or alternative solution. If not possible, the guest will receive a full refund
