TERM & CONDITION

RATES

  • Infants (under 2 years): Free of charge

  • Toddlers (2–5 years): 50% of the full price

  • Kids (above 5 years): Normal rate (full price)

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Minimum 30% down payment required
  • Invoice will be sent via WhatsApp or Email after payment
  • Final payment must be completed at least 7 days before the trip
  • If not paid by the due date, booking will be automatically cancelled

RESCHEDULE

  • Can reschedule up to 30 days before the trip

  • Rescheduling less than 30 days before departure = No refund of down payment

CANCELLATION

  • Guest cancellations = No refund, but booking can be transferred to another person
  • Trip cancellation due to weather, government ban, force majeure, etc. = Reschedule or Full Refund
  • Boat operator cancellation (e.g., technical issues) =

    • Will offer a replacement vessel of the same price/class

    • If no replacement is available, guest will receive a full refund
