ITINERARY

Labuan Bajo → Lombok (Tuesday – Friday)

Day 1: Labuan Bajo Departure

  • 17:00 WITA – Pick-up from hotel or airport
  • 19:00 WITA – Depart from Labuan Bajo Harbour
  • Stay on board – Enjoy dinner & a peaceful night under the stars

Day 2: Komodo Adventure

  • Padar Island – Sunrise hike with breathtaking views
  • Komodo Island – See the legendary Komodo Dragons in their natural habitat
  • Pink Beach – Relax & snorkel on the beautiful pink sand beach
  • Manta Point – Snorkeling with majestic manta rays

Day 3: Beach Vibes

  • Savanna Beach – Chill & explore the natural savanna landscape
  • Coral Beach – Snorkeling paradise with vibrant marine life

Day 4: Whaleshark Experience & Arrival in Lombok

  • Saleh Bay (Sumbawa) – Swim with whale sharks in their natural habitat

Day 2: Whale Sharks & Sumbawa Shores

  • Tambora Beach – Explore the beautiful coastline of Sumbawa
  • Lunch en route to the port

Day 3: Komodo Icons

  • Komodo Island – Guided trek to see the world’s largest lizards
  • Pink Beach – Snorkel or relax on the rare pink-hued sands
  • Padar Island – Hike to the iconic 360° viewpoint

Day 4: Snorkeling & Drop-off

  • Manjarite Snorkeling Spot – Clear waters, coral gardens, tropical fish
  • Kelor Island – Final stop for snorkeling or relaxing
  • 12:00 – Arrive at Labuan Bajo Harbour (Trip ends)

Labuan Bajo – Lombok (4D3N)

  • Start: Labuan Bajo (Flores Island, NTT) – 18:00 WITA
  • Finish: Lombok Harbour – 21:00 WITA

BOAT TERMS & CONDITIONS

RATES

  • Infants (under 2 years old) travel free of charge.
  • Toddlers (ages 2–5) are charged 50% of the full rate.
  • Children over 5 years old are charged the normal (full) price.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENTS

  • A 30% down payment is required to secure the booking.

  • An invoice will be sent via WhatsApp or email after the down payment is received.

  • The final payment must be completed at least 7 days before the departure date.

  • If the final payment is not received on time, the booking may be cancelled without notice.

RESCHEDULE

  • Rescheduling is allowed only up to 30 days before the trip.

  • Rescheduling less than 30 days before the trip will result in the forfeiture of the down payment.

CANCELLATION

  • Guest-initiated cancellations are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person (a substitute guest).

  • If cancellation is caused by harbourmaster/government restrictions, bad weather, force majeure, natural disasters, terrorism, political unrest, or other external factors, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • If cancellation is due to operational issues from the boat operator (such as technical problems), the operator will either:

    • Provide a replacement boat of similar price/class, or

    • Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available.
